GitsHub addresses these gaps by integrating secure user authentication through institutional emails, ensuring controlled access to academic resources via Dspace, and enabling seamless real-time collaboration. A key feature of GitsHub is its AI-powered chatbot, which provides instant academic assistance, career guidance, and administrative support, enhancing user engagement and accessibility. The platform’s iterative and adaptive methodologies ensure secure authentication, real-time data management, and intelligent resource accessibility. Initial performance insights highlight GitsHub’s potential to strengthen academic interactions, streamline knowledge sharing, and support professional networking. Furthermore, its scalable architecture allows for expansion to other educational institutions, creating a unified academic ecosystem that fosters collaboration and career development.
